Terrible service and no delivery after paying!

<p>I am writing regarding debonairs pizza raisethorpe Pietermaritzburg. Firstly this is the worst store one can ever deal with. Their attitudes are preposterous. I ordered a pizza today online and paid for it. I called the ********** 011 to enquire about my order, some idiotic call centre agent answered and kept saying I must speak to the store. Eventually after calling 3 times, I was told by the call centre that the manager of raisethorpe will call me. I received a call from the manager . she advised me that according to the call centre my order was not accepted for whatever reason. My question is if my order was not accepted then why did debonairs take my money out of my card?! This is absolute nonsense! </p>
