Terrible service and full of ****s

Debonairs pizza protea gardens is full of ****s. Last week friday i ordered that party pack from the app, i waited for that delivery for more than 4hours. Mind you i only stay 10mins away from protea gardens mall, I don’t know if they have to go to a farm to get their ingredients or what because wow. Anyways this gets better. As i was waiting for the delivery, i get a message that says my order has been delivered. I didn’t get that order. I decided to call them and i spoke to a guy who asked for my exact address, i advised that the address I’ve put on the app is my exact address, i even told them i use the same address on taxify or uber rides. The guy asked for my whatsapp number so i can share my location i also took the delivery guy’s number and sent him my location. I never even moved i was waiting by the gate as the driver said he is coming. He never pitched and even got the guts to say he waited outside but there was no one. I told the driver that I’ve been waiting at the gate but i never saw him then he changed his story and said i never sent him the location. I still have those chats, i sent him the location but he just blueticked me. They then said i must come and collect since it’s late and they can’t deliver. Haibo, njani? There’s a reason why i ordered online instead of going to the mall, but i asked them to cancel that order since they are failing so bad to deliver. Til today i haven’t heard from them. I want my refund as soon as possible. I can’t be waiting for feedback for more than a week
