Terrible service and food

I ordered my pizza around 14:18 online. And 30 minutes later I called to check how far my order was. The lady who assisted me was so rude. She then told me the pizza will be delivered after 30 minutes (15:30). I called again the second time she was still rude. I then received my order after two hours and the Pizza was as extremely cold and stale.
