TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DISHONEST EMPLOYEES

ORDER #***1 DIEPKLOOF PLAZA - on 26/02/2023, i placed an order at 10:37. my order arrived at 12:02. called the store 3 times and was **** to by a Yolanda., LErato and including the female manager on duty claiming the delivery had already left the shop. on the 2nd call, the so called manager didnt bother to give me a courtesy call explaning that their ovens are experiencing issues. The delivery guy sontyboy also **** by saying that they opened the shop late and were busy cleaning the ovens. THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE ONCE AGAIN BY THIS SHOP.
