Terrible service and cold pizza.

I ordered 2 pizzas with debonairs Goodwood. Then wait an hour only to receive a box that I open and find the one pizza looks like it was tossed around and on top of that its cold. Yes the dot will be red cause you take it out a hot plated bag but less than a minute and the dot is black then I try the cold pizza given to me and this thing is like rubber. Then I spoke to the store manager offers me a new pizza then a standard size then nothing comes I asked for a refund nothing. Worst experience ever with them and I am a regular customer. Will never support them again. Poor service and empty promises.
