Terrible service and attitute

On Friday the 5th of February 2016, I had ordered pizzas for collection. Once we had arrived at the branch to collect our take away order, the lady at the counter told us that they were closed. I told her that we were there for our take away. There was another lady sitting on the floor behind the counter eating her bread. We were horrified. She did not even stand up to move the entire time we were there. She just sat on the floor. The other lady that was helping us, then took my card to swipe. She realized half way through the transaction that she had typed the amount in the merchant machine 80c short. I told her that I will get the 80c from my car, she immediately pulled my card out of the machine. I told her that it may double debit from my account, and she said I mustn't worry, if it does, she will phone me. Once the payment went through for the SECOND time, she just simply walked away. On Friday Afternoon, the manageress phoned me to say that the owner will phone me on Monday. On Monday, I then called the owner of the store(Mohammed), who was utterly rude and does not care if I phone head office. My card was double debited.
