Terrible service

I ordered pizza from debonairs Margate at 19:24 on the 23rd of December 2021. A few minutes after 21:00 I called the restaurant to find out what the delay was only to be met with a response that was not only unprofessional but the person who picked up the phone told me "you are asking the wrong person" as I tried to find out what was the delay and a way forward. This I found reprehensible to say the least.
