Terrible service

I ordered a Double chicken diva from your Rivonia store, the driver who delivered the pizza had something on the box. My pizza was smashed with half the toppings and cheese stuck to the top of the box. I called the store and spoke to the manager, at 18:12, who promised to make a new pizza and send it to me. It is now 19:22 and I still have not received my pizza. Nor is there any answer at the store anymore. Thanks for the pathetic service. It was completely inappropriate for the manager to not even call me to tell me if he is not going to deliver the pizza.
