Terrible service

I would like to lay a complain against debonairs pizza tsakane mall, yesterday I bought pizza which was supposed to be delivered a voucher but it was not and then when I call and ask why they did not do that the cashier gave me a strange answer that did not make sense"he oh the voucher is here and the driver not give you but I will leave a message for him to deliver it tomorrow morning".How Is it possible that the driver did not give me if they gave it to him so I understood that actually the driver was never given the voucher because the guys at the store are taking those vouchers for themselves it's just that they did not receive any complaints from the customers so I caught him unaware.How do you forget something that was meant to be a reward for a customer that is actually making the store what it is,it does not make sense so I don't think they have the best interest at heart for the customers and the owner,they are just plain selfish and wish they can be fired and get people who will understand what customers bring to the business and what they mean to it not *******.Order 930(invoice number:***)
