Terrible service

I have been waiting for my refund from the previous order I made since March and today I ordered again where it's now been 5 hours all it says is order received by the store, called customer service and was advised a ticket has been logged but here I am still waiting. It's just disappointing that this is the best they can do in terms of customer service
