Terrible service

I had thee worst experience with Debonairs kempton park. I placed an order on the Debonairs app, at 18:56 I waited over and hour just to get feed back the app wasn't allowing me to track my order . The app was forcing me to collect and I asked for delivery. When the food finally came it was 20:20. I tried calling several times with no answer I have emailed the Debonairs team no response. What terrible service
