Terrible service

Horrible service from Debonairs Gugulethu. I ordered online at 14:42, and it's now 15:32 and I still don't have my order. The live tracking was cut after I called the call center and placed on hold after the lady said she is checking my order for me for about 10 mins, i called back for the second time just to be told the driver is leaving now, and when I expressed my frustration as to why it took this long, there wasn't any empathy from the guy on the line and just dismissed me by saying they're busy. And when i told him not to shout at me, he dropped the call.
