Terrible Service

We tried to place a order for delivery in the Pretoria CBD, first i was told that i can not place an order now the shop is still closed when i phoned back, i was told that they cant deliver because they do not deliver were i work, the person couldn't't understand basic English had to tell her over and over what my street name is and the business name, i asked for the manager who told me they do not have any bikes to deliver, but on the Internet it shows that they deliver, i was told to phone a different store, so now i must make phone call number 3, tried a different branch, store also closed. Phoned customer care, was placed on hold 3 times, so how many times does one have to phone to get service and how long do you have to keep on holding on for someone to help you, customer care not help full either, she will phone and find out what happened. WHAT! okay I'm not holding my breath bad service across the board
