TERRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered my food from Debonnairs Pizza at 11:51 (Order : #***6 - Protea Glen Mall) it's been more than 2 hours since I ordered and its unacceptable, as I send this I have not received the food. I'm so upset with the service, I received a call from the shop and when I asked the guy asked for my address and then then when I asked him when the food will arrive he rep**** "Don't worry it'll get there" this is utter bul****, if I could I would request my money back, I paid with my card.
