Terrible service

On the 9th April 2019 ,I went to Debonairs Dobsonville mall and ordered a real deal triple meaty decker. I was then told there isn't boxes to put the pizza in .As I was only interested in the content ,I explained that any box or container would do me justice because I only wanted a pizza and really couldn't care less about its packaging .They refused so I resorted to buying a single layered pizza and it was given to me.I was not impressed at all by the pizza and as a regular Debonairs customer ,I could taste the diluted sauce that was given to me. The following day ,I went on the Debonairs pizza site and stated my complain and I got a response that they would get back to me .On the 17th May 2019 (13:44) , the following number called me (+***) and I later discovered it is the Debonairs customer centre. The consultant asked me whether my problem was resolved and if anyone from Dobsonville had called me and I said no as I had received no feedback .So the consultant promised that the store would get back to me as soon as possible and it is over two months and I am still waiting .Yet my money went to the company in vain .The stores can't be trusted as well as their complaints department. THERE'S NO WHERE TO RUN TO.
