Terrible service!!

I placed an online order via Debonairs website from their Woodstock branch at 11:30am ,they take 40mins to deliver therefore my order should have been delivered at 12:40pm. At 12:50 I called to inquire about my order I was told it was on its way, at 13:51 I called again and was told that the driver would take an extra 9minutes due to the traffic, so I waited, at 14:40 my order had not arrived I placed another call and by this time I was annoyed because I had been waiting and waiting. I now requested to speak to the manager Ester, when I spoke to Ester I explained to her that I had placed my order online this morning and each time I call your staff says that the driver is on his way, Ester then says that I requested my order to be delivered at 3pm and now I was shocked and told her there is no way I asked for my order to be delivered at 3pm Ester began to raise her voice at me and this is when I slammed the phone down and said that I refuse to pay, when the driver got here he said that he was told not to give the order to me if I do not pay for it, I have been so humiliated, and disgusted at the customer service this is no way to treat a customer!!!! I will never purchase from them
