Terrible Service

<p>I sent a complaint, 05/05/2017 received an sms response with a reference number 21/06/2017, telling me someone will call to resolve the issue. Next thing I get this SMS, "Debonairs Customer Care Case 287878 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction." Who did you resolve it with? And what was the solution? Your customer service is terrible all round, restaurant, complaints. It's all round terrible! No efficiency whatsoever. </p>
