Terrible service!!
<p>Phoned Debonairs North Beach in Durban while on holiday at 19:05. The waiting time was supposed to be 40 - 45 mins. After almost an hour I phoned and they had no order number for me. Everyone is starving! The lady said I had to hold AGAIN and I said they will phone me back. Customer Care phone and just asked for my order again. We are still waiting. Terrible service!!! I cant believe this is the standard that Debonairs has!!!</p>
Finally got the delivery. Seeing that we had to repeat the order a couple of times, they still got the order wrong! Fanta instead of Coke. Not the correct Pop Itz as requested (which was the Chutney cheese). By far the worst Debonairs experience. Less toppings as well. Cant believe this!!!

Good day Debonairs. I have been contacted, thank you. Finally spoke to the manager of Debonairs North Beach. He said I must stay close to the phone as he will phone me right back. This was more than an hour ago. That means now another night of my holiday has been cut short, as everyone is busy taking a dip in the hot pool and I am sitting with my phone in hand, waiting on apparently nothing. I have NEVER had a worse experience.
