Terrible service

I ordered 1 x on the double and a large mexican fiesta pizza from Debonairs Newlands West in Durban @ about 6:50pm. I was advised that my order should arrive in 45min was not told the store is busy. I called at 8:10 pm to check if the pizza has left they said yes. I call again and keep getting transfered to a line where I need to leave a message. I then call just after 8:30 to the ********** 000 and press option 1, I get to speak to a very rude woman like I asked her to work late who didn't even listen to me instead ranted about how busy the store is and just transferred me before I could say anything more. I then called back and advised that they cancel the order. @ 8:47pm the pizza guy rocks up at my door and I sent him packing.
