Terrible service

Their service was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. We called at 10:30 and placed our order and at 13:00 the store called us to let us know they are first going to do another delivery and that our order will take another hour. It is completely unacceptable to wait more than 2 and a half hours for a simple delivery!!
