Terrible service

I ordered a Pizza at 8:34 PM at Debonairs in Maponya Mall, Soweto. The lady said they are quiet busy , but i'll get my Pizza delivered in an hour, so i said its fine. I waited till 22:00 PM , still no Pizza and i called their number and spoke to a Manager who advised the delivery guy is in my area and will be there in 10 mins and apologized for the inconveniencete...... well i waited and waited and stilll no delivery and when i tried calling their number, there was no response i guess they had closed. I have never experienced such bad service in my life.
