Terrible service!!!!!!!

My experience seems to be going from bad to worse. I ordered a pizza from Debonairs Sesfikile Square in Daveyton at 18:54PM on Saturday only for the Pizza to arrive at 9PM. Prior to the Pizza arriving I called the store to ask where my order was as it was already an hour and half later and nobody bothered to call me, I was promised a call back which never happened. I had to call the store the second time around only to be told there was a problem with the driver and clearly nobody thought I deserve to be informed of this. Eventually the pizza arrived and thats when I was informed that the previous driver was involved in an accident. So i thank the driver for bringing the food little did I know what surprise waited for me....upon opening the box half the pizza was ruined...all squashed. clearly no one even bothered to open the box and checking before redelivering. And yes i have pictures of this disaster. Please can you train your staff on how to give proper service. I honestly have no words to describe the pathetic service you guys offer.
