Terrible service

Hi, I placed an order yesterday for a half and half pizza, I specifically stated on my order that I wanted an extra topping on ONE half of my pizza...when it got to me...my pizza was squashed on one side of the box and completely messed with the topping on the entire pizza , I then got in touch with the manager who did not hesitate to throw his kitchen staff under by telling me how they couldn't get it right..then asked me if I could just accept it, and then went on to say he will replace it but I must wait... his attitude was appalling and it was not the first time that I complained about this branch. When I vented my frustration he than insinuated that I want a free meal which was totally offensive as the driver clearly saw the money in my hand ready to pay.

I asked the driver to take my order back and till then the manager did not even bother to call me to apologize. He refused to listen to my complaint and always spoke on top of me as if my opinion didn't matter and he's answering my call as a matter of procedure. This is pathetic service of which I really DO NOT accept!
