Terrible Service

<p>On Sunday evening i orderd a something meaty triple decker pizza from the Debonairs at Banbury Crossing in Northgate.The guy delivered the pizza and left.When i went inside the house and opened the pizza it was so burnt one couldnt even tell what pizza it was, it literally had two pieces of bacon and nothing else.I called to complain i was told the delivery guy will bring me another one.Great!I received the 2nd pizza after an hour nvm that,the delivery guy was so disgustingly rude.He told me to go stand outside the complex gate he will be there in 5min,because i was hungry i went to stand outside in the cold at 20;00.I stood there for 10min the driver was still not there,I went back in (im walking around the complex with this stupid pizza like i ddnt pay for it).10 min later this delivery guy calls and screams "debonairs gate" and hangs up.I called him again and told him to come inside the complex and deliver the pizza as how it is supposed to be,he told me he wont,he'l leave the pizza at the gate with the security guards (where on earth has food been left with the security guards?) i tried to call the shop but the ladies didnt care i couldnt even get through to the manager.10min later the driver decided to come in with the cold pizza, i gave him the old one ,he opened it and asked whats wrong with it ,i actually felt like he was going to slap me.What a horrible Service i actually felt like i was being done a favor and i actually could have bought pizza elsewhere.</p>
