Terrible service

<p>I ordered a pizza for collection @19:15 I was told it would take 20 minutes maximum so I got to the shop at 19:30 and to my surprise I ended up leaving at 20:14 all the time I was waiting they called people who's orders came long after mine this is very angering and I am disappointed because The ladies kept on coming to my slip and saying my order was being cut or in the oven whilst it they hadn't even started I mean it's a Friday evening and it's been a long day and no body wants to stand in line when they ordered ahead </p>
