TERRIBLE SERVICE

Hi guy's. This Saturday that passed I purchased a debinairs pizza between half passed 8 and 9 that night. When we got home my husband started to eat n while eatin he noticed something hard in hs mouth. So when he removed this he saw that it was a piece of metal. This piece of metals looks,like the tray that goes into the oven to make the pizza. We had to throw the pizza away. The very next day I called the store and spoke to a lady named Ntando she said the manager was not at work so I left my details and told her to ensure that the manager calls back. Its now Thursday 4 days later and nobody has contacted me. The store is debonairs Phoenix Plaza. Store number is ***. In a place where there are many other Pizza places to purchase from we choose debonairs as we have been regular customers but this kind of service is not acceptable and in a situation where there is metal pieces found in a pizza can lead to serious health issues had it been consumed.
