Terrible Service

today at 18:55 my Hubby and I called debonaires to order 5 pizzas and riblets . Our call was handled by a girl named Nancy, who told us that we will receive our order within 45 min. we waited an hour of which we called back the store. where we were given the explanation that a certain driver who was supposed to bring our order, took only the ribs and left the pizzas which was a lie. when I asked where that driver was a lady named Rose said that driver switched off his phone and has not come back, but she is sending another driver who only took 45min to get to our place. Now this was clear to us that our order had just being made. I am furious because my child slept without eating I am super angry. I have never waited so long for an order before and the lies make me sick. we even tried getting a cab to take us to the place . to make matters worse the driver came without a speed point for us to do payment. we just spent R350 on **** service. I still want head office to deal with this. I AM ****ED AND MY FOOD WAS COLD. BLACK FLIPPIN DOT. SOMEBODY BETTER DO SOMETHING
