Terrible service

<p>Debonairs in Howick has the worst service. We ordered a pizza at 12 o'clock and we still sit waiting for it. Called them and and the phone just rings. The driver called us at 1 pm to ask for directions I asked to speak to the manager. I was then told by the driver he would get her to call me back. I received a call 15 minutes later she still has the nerve to tell me the order was placed at 12:04 and released at 12:14. So I continued to ask her if that was so why did the driver only call at 1pm to ask for directions. So I get the reply can we still deliver it and will you pay for it. I say the pizza is now old, if you have a new one made and delivered I will pay for it, it is now 2pm and yet still no delivery. The pizza was then delivered at 2:15pm the driver then says he has no change. My partner then called the care centre and laid a complaint and by the end of the conversation all we get is thank you for your feedback we will ensure this won't happen again. The pizza was not fresh. It had simple been rewarmed and the meat was dry but my partner had no choice but to eat it as he is a diabetec and had already injected his insulin at 12:20 in thoughts the pizza would be arriving in a moments time.</p>
