Terrible Serice and Rubbery Pizza

<p>Ordered a pizza last night was offered the new Smokin' bbq (large). The first call was dropped when I asked the cashier what her name was. The second call taken by Michelle i was told there was a waiting period of 2 hours. I mentioned to the cashier that's why I was calling in advance. First call was at 18:48, second at 19:02, third at 19:02 again, forth at 19:03, fifth at 19:14, Sixth at 19:23, Seventh at 19:23, Eighth at 20:58, Ninth at 21:30 and also attempted a call to the driver "Owen" as well. When i received the pizza outside in the road around 21:48 The driver quickly handed me the pizza took the money and drove off. Only when I entered my place i noticed that the dot was totally black and noticed that my bag was the right at the bottom of his delivery box. Your quality promise states: "When we present you with your pizza, if the dot is red, your pizza's hot and fresh; if it's black, your pizza's FREE." Last night I did make mention that I would not be paying for the pizza as I felt that it was totally late and was extremely cold and not to mention rubbery. I was not given the opportunity to check my order and the fact that the driver handed me the cold box in the street was terrible service as well. I would like to know who is going to refund me for that bad purchase which I refused to eat after the first slice. I would never order from this store again or any other Debonair's and would certainly not recommend it to friends and family.<br />The fact that I had to call so many times and was also promised a call from the driver and that never happened! </p>
