TERRIBLE PLACE WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible place to sit and eat at, at the debonairs pizza based at (Galleria mall). Today both myself and my wife made our way to the store. She earlier on ordered 2 large pizzas for a family members kids and when we returned to the seating area to eat ourselves with the rest of the family who was on the way, She had to use the toilet facility which is right next to the premises. Whilst I was standing I tried to reserve a table by putting down my packet and a cool drink which i purchased, And noticed somebody who claimed to be the so called store manager cleaning up the table. I began to remove my stuff in a humble manner and heard her talking in Zulu enquiring why am I putting my stuff back on the table to her colleagues. Keep in mind this was general items which was just a packet and cool drink which was purchased from another store. Whilst still standing she goes to the back and comes straight back at me stating look you need to remove your stuff and leave i asked her why seeing as I was going to explain we are going to order pizzas and eat at the restaurant she was absolutely abrupt and rude and began to walk away and get onto the phone. I still remained calm and approached her again stating look we just ordered food previously here earlier on the day and we order twice every two days as well for staff etc. She then shouts and say look the owner states you need to leave the store. I was in utter disbelief. So I still kindly asked let me speak to the owner so I can resolve the situation she then abruptly stated they do not want to talk to you and stated that you please leave the store which has me confused cause i don't see what possible harm i have caused. So my question is to the so called owner WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU RUN... THAT YOU THINK THAT BOTH YOU AND YOUR STAFF CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS IN THIS TYPE OF WAY LIKE WE ARE A PIECE OF DIRT KEEP IN MIND SO CALLED OWNER THAT WE THE CUSTOMERS SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS THAT KEEPS YOUR DOORS OPEN AND PUT MONEY IN BOTH YOUR POCKET AND YOUR TERRIBLE STAFFS POCKET AS WELL SO NOW I APPEAL TO MOST PEOPLE DO NOT SUPPORT A STORE LIKE THIS THAT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE A PIECE OF DIRT IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONALISM GO TO MAC DONALD'S AT GALLERIA THEY ARE WAY BETTER AND MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL IN THEY APPROACH. MAYBE BOTH YOU AND YOUR STAFF NEED TO TAKE DOWN NOTES FROM THEM.
