Terrible pizza with sand

I just ordered one of your pizzas at Bara branch, Soweto at 6:45pm. That pizza is so shiny, the vegetables on it aren't fresh, its wet, I always order the same flavors but what I received today is TRASH‼️

While eating it I came across a piece of stone or sand. Do you put your pizzas in a microwave?
