Terrible pizza

I ordered my pizza for delivery from debonairs pizza midway news in Midrand at 18:44 only received my order at 20:44..2 ,hours later, the pizza was cold, now I did not want to fight with the kind delivery guy so I didn't demand my pizza being free as it was cold..upon getting upstairs, the pizza looks terrible, there's still half cooked onion on it, the entire pizza is just crunchy, mind u I order the same pizza all the time and this one was just disgusting on all levels, even looking at it was not appetizing..now in my opinion I think it's good customer service to either add on your delivery website that deliveries will be slower than usual on certain days or atleast the store call the customer..ay shem I'm really disappointed
