Terrible ordering system

Order a pizza on the Debonairs app from East Rand Mall. I missed a call from the store. I tried phoning back 3 times but couldn't get through, went to the store during my lunch break an order later thinking I will be paying and going back to work. The order wasn't even made yet so im not sure why he would need to phone me. Ended up declining the order because the whole point of ordering online is to just to pay upon arrival and leave. Not sit and still wait for the order. Absolute nonsense system!!!!!
