Terrible Filthy Service

So I bought the on the triple special at Debonairs Grassy Park on Monday, the pizza was delivered and I dished, etc one of our guests found a piece of plastic which had cheese in-between on pizza and what looked like a piece of a finger nail on the Rib pizza.

I called in and spoke to the manager which resolved to nothing- she then transferred me to the boss Abduragmaan Ballie, and what a waste of my damn time - he says that their ovens are so hot and if it was plastic it would've melted into the cheese (what kind of logic is that)

So he says a slice of pizza is 18 rand but he'll give me 30 rand now why in the world would I want that entire pizza after finding that on it .. I told him I would post on hello peter and he encouraged me to go ahead - the attitude and the manner in which this man deals with people is absolutely disgusting !! the manner in which he approaches situations is disguising.

I was a regular customer, and not just experiencing this - but the level in which I was spoken to was absolute nonsense, PATHETIC!!!!
