Terrible extremely unprofessional serservice: Mafikeng
<p> I paid for a pizza at Mafikeng the Crossing Mall at 10:.36 and i had to call them around 12:00 asking why is the pizza not delivered. They kept me on the phone holding for more than 5 minutes while they were chatting amongst themselves. I had to drop the phone and call after a few minutes and instructed them to cancel the order as they saisd they do not have drivers for delivery. They then called me after a few minutes to say they found a driver who can deliver. This is a huge inconvinience to clients as their problems of not having drivers should not affect the customer. Im terribly disguted at this shameful service here in Mmabatho/Mafikeng as they do not understant the meaning of customer service and care.</p>
