Terrible expirence won’t order debonairs again in a hurry

Ordered online from Owen street mthatha Waited 3 hours phoned the shop at hour 2 and they said it’s on its way! Hour 3 came and delivery came pizza was ice cold and box was damaged and pizza was squashed told them I wasn’t going to accept it. From ordering at 18:12 and delivery driver coming at 21:23 and no edible food why accept the order if you can’t do it ? If there was minus on the star rating above it would be a minus 5 star rating!!!!!!
