Terrible experience recieved from debonnairs

I got terrible experience from debonnairs..I phoned call center two hours ago to order 🙃 but when I get to the store they said I do not appear from the system..I waited for them to call their manager and came back with the explanation of poor network from the center..I'm still waiting here with no luck
