Terrible delivery and customer service

We ordered from Debonairs and received an app notification that our pizza had arrived. We went outside—nothing. The app then said delivered, even though we hadn’t received a thing.

We called Debonairs and were told the pizza was still on the way. We called again after more waiting and were told someone would get back to us. Called a third time—same promise. Only an hour after the **** "delivered" notification, we finally got a call back saying they’re remaking our order.

No explanation for the mix-up, no compensation offered, and terrible communication throughout. One of the worst delivery experiences we’ve had.
