Terrible delivery

<p>25 June 2017 17:39</p> <p> </p> <p>On this day I ordered a on the double pizza, for delivery. The pizza was arrived at 18:57 very cold, I'm which the heat indicator was black. I'm my understanding is that if you get your pizza with the black sticker your pizza is free. Before thelife arrival of thethe pizza I haddon't made two phone calls to the franchise, indicating that my pizza had not arrived. At the arrival of the delivery man, I questioned him was was the pizza late. He could not answer me. After that he made me pay a cold pizza, in which my sticker was black. I then called back the franchise, and I was transferred to management. The manager picked up my call but there was not response although there was a loud noise in the background. I then called again but my call was never answered. I will never again purchase for delivery of I will ever eat a debonairs pizza. I will also encourage other not to purchase t this particular franchise as the service is disgusting.</p>
