Terrible Debonairs Cosmo mall service

Good day, I am utterly disgusted by the service received at Debonairs Cosmo mall. I placed an order at 18:15 online. Order number ***5. Called the shop at 19:25 was told to wait another. Phoned the shop again at 19:50 and was told the driver left with my order sometime ago. Phoned the shop again at 20:05 and the lady told me the driver tried to call me and the there is no house number. I have ordered multiple times and I would get my orders. The strange thing is that I was sitting outside waiting for the delivery with my daughter as she was anticipating the pizza. The cherry on top is on my last call as I was complaining about waiting for 2hours, the lady on the phone had the nerve to hang up on me as I mentioned that the order be cancelled. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she is from Cosmo mall. How can staff be so rude to hang up on customers and lie like that about coming to my house. If possible I would like all my telephonic recordings for this afternoon as I need to escalate this issue
