Terrible customer service from DEBONAIRS

I ordered my Pizza friday night 3 August at 18:43. I had to keep calling to find out why my pizza had not arrived and hour later. No one from the store called me back not even the manager. To add insult to injury, i chatted to Sherwin online who could not help and was blatanly rude. He kept saying his job was to make sure the online order was correct and stuff. he could'nt tell me anything else and refused to give me the franchise head office information when asked. Nearly 2 hours later my order arrived.. at approximately 20:35.. remember the order was placed at 18:43.. The Pizza was ice cold, the driver didnt know where he was, no GPS as he was using an outdated old phone which should be in a museum. None of the store assistance could do anything, but just keep apologizing, which didnt help at all.. as a result of such POOR service and waiting for so long, i then got in my car and drove to Nandos to order food. If this is the service you provide your customers, then you just lost me. This was my last time buying from Debonairs, i deleted the APP and decided to download Uber foods and Mr Delivery. they are very efficient from my previous experience. BOTTOM LINE... I DEMAND A FULL REFUND... FOR A COLD MEAL I DID NOT ORDERED, AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT.. I GAVE THE PIZZA TO THE DOGS.
