Terrible customer service at Queensburgh branch

Queensburgh branch 05/07/2019 in the evening around 6pm ordered a sub and two real deal pizza's. Cashier advised that it will take 10 to 15 minutes for the order to be ready. 40 MINUTES LATER they advise that they have RUN OUT of subs. So they canceled the entire order and refunded the full amount and gave the real deal pizza's to another client. Speaking to Xoliswa (when asked to speak to the manager) to escalate the matter, she was uninterested and unapologetic. If that is how you train staff to run the branch with that type of customer service then it will be a failing branch soon. This is totally unacceptable and this is not what is expected from a big name like Debonairs. Wasting 40 minutes of a customer's time to get absolutely nothing because lack of customer service. The staff definitely needs to be trained properly because they don't know how to communicate with each other or customers.
