Terrible customer service

I placed an order for delivery and made a payment online, waited for the delivery an it did not arrive even after numerous times in the store at debonairs bracken city. I spoke to different people in the store who did not assist at all and **** to say they will transfer my call to their call center so they will be in contact with the driver, spoke to Hlengiwe who was not helpful at all, Themba who **** and said he will back, Rachel who **** and said the order came and the driver has left when i mentioned that i have been outside in the rain waiting for my delivery and there is no way the driver could have missed me she later put the phone down on me and i had to call back once again, till this day I have not received my order and will not be using their services as they don't knw what customer service is, Rachel said the driver had too many deliveries to make that evening and therefore the order will arrive late which it didn't . No one called even though they said they will. I am waiting for my refund as i did not get my order
