Terrible Customer service

I bought a large something meaty with cramed crust. Upon delivery my wife tasted the pizza and immediately noticed that the cheese griller was rotten. We then drove to the outlet and informed the manager. She said they will make a new one for us and i refused and asked for a refund. She then said she will call the owner .she spoke to the owner who said she must taste it. She took it to the back to do so and came back with out any apology or an explanation gave the money to a s****** drive who then gave it to me.
