Terrible Customer Service

On Tuesday me and my brother decided to get pizza for lunch and remembered the Debonairs On The Double Feast. We walked into the Eastgate branch and found a very impolite cashier. She barely looked at us or greated us when we walked in. On placing the order my brother repeated the order of a Chicken & Feta and Medit Veg pizzas still pointing to the pictures on the wall etc. Once again she was very disinterested. <br> <br> As much me and my brother discussed the bad customer service and attitude, we waited for the order. To our horror - when the pizzas arrived - they were not correct. My brother was angry by this time and started raising his voice at the still uninterested cashier, to the extent that the other cashier actually apologised and arranged for the correct order to be made asap.<br> <br> This was not a good experience and i can only hope that this terrible service is improved. My poor brother was so angry and is still so disgusted at the terrible service he received. And sadly is telling friends and family about this.
