Terrible

I was on lunch and I had to wait for 33 minutes to get my order, when I had to eat piazza was terrible and burnt it kept getting stuck on my throat, the worst is that I called to place an order but was told that I should order via an app now my question is, what about the customers that don't own smart phones, does it mean that they should be exposed to that ridiculous waiting time?!!!!!
