Terrible Attitude

<p>I phoned ********** 750 and the call was answered by a lady who said her name was Siphokazi, she didn't speak appropriately, her attitude was appauling. She wanted my contact information and personal details without explanaining why? Is this what debonairs does? Then she transferred my call without giving valid reasons. I have never had to give my cellphone and full name and surname before. Is this a thing? </p>
