Terrible Attitude

<p>Good morning</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 8th of August 2016 Monday I ordered a filla pizza at Umlazi Mega City Debonairs at 18:30.. The lady who was attending me took my order who I must say was rude , she is quick to put the off. I had to call again to ask her when it would arrive and she said after 2 hours since there was no power. </p> <p>After an hour I did a follow up , was told to wait.</p> <p>Called back again in 30mins time and was told the driver has been sent however there are other 6 orders that came before me and that was almost at 20:00.. </p> <p>The driver called with an ********** 952 number , had an attitude , was very stubborn and didn't wanna deliver our pizza . again I called the store and was told he just arrived with my pizza.. The airtime I was wasted calling him for directions and only to be dissapointed. He does wanna listen you tell him this he tells u that . I stay opposite KwaMnyandu Shopping Centre and the debonairs there doesn't deliver. It was closed coz of power being off.</p> <p>I was told his name is Mdu by the guy who told me he just arrived back with our order. We had to go to bed without food that night and nobody apologised nor call back for their terrible behaviour. My mother is diabetes and chronic medication and she couldn't take her medication coz of what MDU did.. Why take order when you won't deliver ?? </p> <p>Please Intervene Debonairs .. I'm even thinking of taking this matter to media..</p>
