Terrible
<p>I ordered my pizza at 19:06(online) at 20:20 still no pizza. I call the shop to be told that the drivers are all out and my pizza is still there, no one bothered to call me to let me know. At 21:00 still no pizza again I call the store spoke to a so called manager who refused to give his name cause he said he knows I want to report this matter. The pizza is still there and no one bothered to call me, he says he will call the driver and call me back. He calls me back to tell me he can't get hold of the driver, this is my problem how? He can't tell me when my pizza will get here, how is this helping me? The level of rudeness, inconsideratiion and unprofessionalism is shocking. Another loyal customer gone</p>
