Ten cent coin in my pizza

on the 29th of december I order pizza through your online portal, made a payment and to my disappointment, I find a ten cent when I open it, it was already late and the driver had left, to think that during this pandemic, Debonairs would be strict with their hygiene and food. Can I get an explanation for this and some help
